Salary and Bonus

Attractive, competency-based salary range
At least 13 months of salary per year, plus holiday bonuses: New Year’s Day, Reunification Day & Labor Day, National Day, Mid-Autumn gifts, Lunar New Year gifts, etc.
Salary review twice a year
Probation salary at 120% of official salary

Insurance and Health

Full insurance based on 100% salary, compliant with current Labor Law
Health insurance (after 1 year of official employment)
Annual health check

Working hours and Allowances

5 working days/week; flexible check-in from 7:30 – 8:30 AM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per Vietnamese Labor Law
For foreign employees, in addition to the above public holidays, one special leave day is granted for both New Year and National Day of their home country
Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00

Extra bonus

Certification bonuses (JLPT, ISTQB, PMP, ...): 5–20M VND per certificate
